Job summary

Underwriter Services Association is seeking experienced Commercial Lines Loss Control Consultants to operate as approved vendors. The consultants will conduct insurance loss control inspections, working independently and setting their own schedules. Key responsibilities include property inspections, hazard identification, and detailed report generation.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of three years’ experience in loss control, a thorough understanding of insurance lines, and the ability to work without supervision. Bilingual skills are a plus, and a reliable vehicle is necessary for covering the inspection area.

Qualifications

• At least three years’ experience in insurance loss control surveys.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must own reliable transportation and equipment for inspections.

Responsibilities

• Set site inspection appointments via email and/or phone calls.
• Conduct physical inspections of properties as required.
• Document and photograph hazards/controls found at properties.
