Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience completing property and casualty loss control surveys and reports.
• Understanding of general liability and property lines of coverage.
• Knowledge of commercial auto, workers compensation, and inland marine lines a plus.
• Ability to meet hard due dates with minimal supervision.
• Own a computer and basic tech skills; required equipment on job site.

Responsibilities

• Set site inspection appointments with insured/agent via email and/or phone.
• Conduct physical inspections of properties within a territory as required by the carrier.
• Take digital photos of properties and document hazards/controls.
• Complete on-site management interviews as required.
• Upload report and photos through a cloud-based system.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Perform other duties as needed.
