Job summary

Nexodus Clean is expanding its independent contractor provider network in the United States, seeking dedicated cleaning professionals to service commercial and industrial facilities under independent contractor agreements.

Providers operate as 1099 contractors using their own methods, equipment, and schedule within service agreements. Prior commercial/industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance experience is preferred to ensure high quality results.

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial or facilities-maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with floor care techniques is a plus.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely.
• Self-directed, reliable independent contractor mindset.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning across designated areas.
• Carry out floor care such as buffing and stripping.
• Use own cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Service restrooms, break rooms, offices to hygiene standards.
• Complete minor upkeep tasks as defined in service agreements.
• Follow site safety protocols during service.
