Job summary

Delta-T Group Maryland, Inc. is seeking a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to provide service in the Randallstown and Owings Mills, MD area. Independent contractor opportunities are available with weekend shifts and immediate start.

The role includes medication administration, activity planning, counseling residents, and daily record-keeping. A valid driver’s license, DDA med administration, and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) and a minimum of two years’ experience working with adults diagnosed with varying mental health and intellectual disabilities.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with less than two points and current automobile insurance.
• Must have DDA med administration.
• Knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Assists in planning recreational activities.
• Counsels residents in identifying and resolving social or other problems.
• Responsible for medication administration, treatment plan implementation and household duties.
• Compiles records of daily activities of residents and writes incident reports when needed.
• Supervises group-sponsored trips and social functions.
• Ensures physician services when needed and escorts residents to appointments.
