Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administers medications per MAR following Five Rights.
• Verifies client identity before each dose.
• Monitors for side effects and reports changes to nurse.
• Notifies nurse of refusals or errors promptly.
• Performs delegated nursing tasks like vital signs and ambulation.
• Documents administration and observations accurately.
• Adheres to infection control and home safety protocols.
• Assists with ADLs, meal prep, light housekeeping.
• Maintains client confidentiality at all times.
