Job summary

Delta-T Group Maryland, Inc. seeks a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to provide services in the Ellicott City/Columbia, MD area. As an independent contractor, you will administer medications, support residents, and document daily activities in a residential setting.

The position offers flexible scheduling with immediate start, competitive compensation, and access to a wide range of client opportunities through a leading referral agency in behavioral health and social services.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED with 2+ years working with adults with varying mental health and intellectual disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license with less than 2 points and current auto insurance.
• Knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office software.
• DDA medication administration knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning recreational activities for residents.
• Counsel residents to identify and resolve social or other problems.
• Administer medications and implement treatment plans.
• Record daily activities and submit incident reports.
• Supervise group trips and social functions.
• Escort residents to appointments and plan meals.

Experience with mental health adults
