Qualifications
- Active certification in the State of Maryland (CMT)
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs
- Strong understanding of medication administration protocols and documentation
Responsibilities
- Administer medications per provider orders and state regulations
- Monitor and document client responses; report changes to nursing staff
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant medication records
- Assist clients with daily living tasks with independence and dignity
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support care plans
- Keep medication storage areas clean and organized
- Participate in ongoing training and best practices for medication administration
- Provide compassionate support to individuals with developmental or behavioral needs
