Job summary

NOW Courier, Inc. is seeking Contract Delivery Drivers to join our fleet across Indiana. Drive a Cargo Van or Sprinter, balance routes, and enjoy flexible scheduling while delivering excellent service.

Earn up to $800–$1,200 per week with routes typically Monday–Friday and occasional Saturday opportunities. Routes include 30–100 stops daily, with up to 1,750 weekly miles. Strong communication and safety focus are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Vehicle must be 2014 model year or newer and in good working condition.
• Smartphone capable of running driver app.
• Valid driver's license and $300,000+ combined single limit liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver cargo on time to customers.
• Chart routes using GPS and mapping software.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and dispatchers with real-time updates.
• Adhere to safety protocols and secure cargo during transit.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle questions or issues.
• Handle unexpected hurdles with quick thinking to minimize delays.
