Job summary

A flexible behavioral support organization is seeking Behavioral Consultants to provide evidence-based support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role involves completing assessments, developing behavior strategies, and working in collaboration with families and support teams. The opportunity is suited for professionals valuing flexibility and autonomy in their work, making a meaningful impact in clients' lives. Must hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation to clients' locations.
• Experience working as a Behavioral Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and ongoing behavioral evaluations.
• Develop and implement Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and with a team

Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities

Education

Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
