Job summary

A flexible behavioral support organization is looking for a Behavioral Consultant to provide evidence-based support to individuals with disabilities. The role involves working independently and collaboratively to develop and implement Behavior Support Plans in in-home settings. Candidates should have a Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field, strong communication skills, and experience working with developmental disabilities. This is a contracted role and offers competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation to and from clients' locations.
• Experience writing Behavior Support Plans.

Responsibilities

• Complete functional assessments and develop support strategies.
• Teach and coach caregivers on behavior support strategies.
• Perform ongoing evaluations and data reviews.
