Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and ongoing behavioral evaluation.
Teach and coach caregivers and direct care staff on behavior support strategies.
Develop, implement, and revise Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Education
Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Social Work
Tools
Familiarity with electronic health record system
Familiarity with Google Workspace
