Job summary

InReach is seeking an Independent Contractor/Alternative Family Living (AFL) Provider to deliver tailored residential support for an adult female in Waxhaw, NC (Union County). The role requires working with other agencies to meet the customer’s physical, emotional, and developmental needs in a supportive, culturally normative setting.

Responsibilities include supervising daily needs, implementing PCPs, developing service plans, managing financials, and facilitating community participation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license.
• 1–2 years of experience with the I/DD population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of individuals' needs and daily care response.
• Implementation of PCP and participation in planning meetings.
• Develop and implement service plans.
• Handle financial responsibilities and maintain confidential records.
