Job summary

InReach is seeking a Direct Support Professional in Waxhaw, NC to provide companionship, care, and support to an adult female with developmental disabilities. The position is an Independent Contractor role with a 32‑hour weekly schedule, serving in community living and support services.

Responsibilities include in-home instruction, facilitating social roles, community integration, and medication monitoring, with required driver’s license and background check.

Qualifications

• Must be able to handle a wheelchair.
• Must be able to handle total care needs that require lifting, bathing, feeding.
