Kindly Direct Care is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional to provide one-to-one support for a 23-year-old in Morris County. The role involves helping with daily living, schoolwork, and community activities in both home and community settings.

The ideal candidate is dependable, calm, and active, enjoys assisting with routines, and can document progress and communicate with the Kindly team. Prior experience is preferred; onboarding and background checks are required.

We’re looking for a laid-back, dependable DSP to support a 23-year-old guy with a mild intellectual disability. He is very active and enjoys hiking, shopping, and spending time in the community. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys an active lifestyle, exploring the outdoors, and helping with everyday responsibilities such as staying on top of schoolwork, time management, and keeping his apartment clean. The ideal fit is someone with a calm, easygoing personality who enjoys being active and providing supportive supervision!
