Kindly Direct Care in Little Silver, NJ is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional to provide one-to-one support for a 21-year-old nonverbal client at home and in the community. This role is ideal for someone seeking meaningful part-time work with a predictable schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be able to commit to the exact posted schedule (3–4 days/week, 3–6 pm).
• Experience with non-verbal individuals is preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation is required to drive the individual when needed.

• Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule.

• Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.

• Experience with non-verbal individuals preferred but not required

• Ability to drive individual in your personal vehicle is required

• Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training.
