Kindly Direct Care in Mountainside, NJ is seeking a Direct Support Professional to work one-to-one with a 57-year-old adult with developmental disabilities. You will accompany him on community outings, assist with daily living, and help build independence.

The role involves coaching communication and social skills, establishing routines, and maintaining safety. Driving is required; schedule is two days per week, four hours each day, on-site in Mountainside, NJ.

Qualifications

• Dependable and patient with the ability to build rapport.
• Experience in mentoring, coaching, education, recreation, behavioral health, or caregiving is a plus.
