Job summary

Kindly Direct Care is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional to provide one-to-one support for a 21-year-old nonverbal individual in Little Silver, NJ. The role focuses on independence, community participation, and progress toward personal goals.

Schedule: 3-4 days/week from 3-6 pm. Driving on shift is required. Pay ranges from $17 to $21 per hour, with onboarding and background checks completing before start.

• Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule.
• Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.
• Experience with non-verbal individuals preferred but not required.
• Ability to drive individual in your personal vehicle is required.
• Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training.
