Kindly Direct Care is seeking a caring Direct Support Professional to provide one-to-one support for an adult with developmental disabilities in Middletown, NJ. The role requires a driver’s license and reliable transport to support in-home and community activities.

The role involves assisting with daily routines, community outings, and skill-building while maintaining safety and following the individual service plan.

• Encourage independence, communication, decision-making, self-advocacy, and life skills.

• Provide reminders, routine support, or light assistance as required by the case.
• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.
• Complete required documentation and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.

Kindly Direct Care is hiring a caring, dependable Direct Support Professional to provide one-to-one support to an adult with developmental disabilities in [CITY, NJ].

About This Opportunity

24-year-old verbal, high-functioning individual who enjoys going to the library, bookstores, antique shops, doing crafts, taking walks, watching old movies, and going to the gym. Looking for a patient, reliable DSP who is comfortable supporting behavioral needs, including OCD, yelling, self-harm, and occasional behaviors that may pose a risk to others.

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-to-one companionship and person-centered support.

Placement is subject to screening, onboarding, training, and mutual fit with the individual/family.
