Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of experience as a caseworker or investigator in an income maintenance program, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with three years of experience in social services plus two years’ supervisory experience in eligibility determination.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of income maintenance Case Worker II staff in Childcare Subsidy, CIP, LIEAP and NEMT.
• Assign and monitor workloads to ensure equitable distribution and timely processing of applications, renewals, and changes.
