Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of experience as a caseworker or investigator in an income maintenance program
• Experience with NC FAST, FNS application processing, quality assurance, workload management, staff training, or performance monitoring is highly desirable
• Demonstrated supervisory and leadership abilities with coaching and performance management

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and technical assistance to FNS Application Processing staff
• Monitor staff workload, timeliness, and accuracy to address processing delays
• Promote accountability, quality, and customer service through training and policy updates
• Review reports and workload data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with QA and Program Integrity to develop corrective actions and reduce errors
