The Illinois Association of School Administrators seeks a Special Education Teacher for an elementary school (Kindergarten through Fourth Grade). The role may include co-teaching within general education classrooms to support inclusive practices and meet diverse learner needs.

The educator will implement instruction aligned to IEP goals and work with families and staff to foster an inclusive environment. Qualified candidates hold a valid Illinois Professional Educator License with LBS1

Qualifications

• Requires valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 endorsement.
• Experience with elementary students in a special education setting preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
