Job summary

You will build relationships with people supported, assess interests, and support them through job development and placement. You will collaborate with community employers, coordinate interviews, prepare resumes, and document progress in iCare Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience providing employment services to people with disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an assignment list of individuals seeking competitive paid employment.
• Engage in the Discovery Process to gather interests, strengths and needs.
• Visit businesses to arrange work experiences (informational interviews, job shadowing).
• Assist with job applications and resumes; prepare vocational profiles.
• Coordinate with Program Manager to address employment needs and supports.
• Provide on-the-job training and mock interviews to promote successful placement.
• Engage with community employers to develop employment opportunities.
