Job summary

Reynoldsburg City Schools is seeking a Specialized Paraprofessional to support students with intensive needs under licensed teachers and clinicians. This role includes implementing educational, behavioral, and social-emotional programming to promote safety and progress toward IEP/504 goals.

ParaPro assessment credential (45+ points or equivalent) required or appropriate credential as noted.

Responsibilities

Reinforce learning concepts in small groups or one-on-one under licensed teachers.
Provide accommodations and testing support per IEP/504 plans.
Assist in creating visual aids and structured daily schedules.
Support students during specials and general education inclusion moments.
Implement behavior support plans under supervision of licensed staff.
Record accurate data on behavior and progress for IEP/504 reporting.
Assist with Activities of Daily Living and supervise students as needed.
Maintain organized, safe classrooms and assist with sensory tools.
