Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Experience with postsecondary educational standards and database management.
• At least 1 year coordinating student assessment and advising projects.
• Experience in direct college advising and cross-campus collaboration.
• Experience implementing retention strategies to improve GPAs.

Responsibilities

• Proactive academic advising using Workday data to review records and plan schedules.
• Monitor early alerts and grades, and deploy corrective action plans as needed.
• Develop Plan of Action with each participant and review progress monthly.
• Hire tutors and coordinate with GTLC for proactive interventions.
• Design and assess placement standards and academic assessments.
• Log advising notes and data into the BLUMEN system for APRs.
• Assist with intake, rubrics, and transition support for Summer Scholars program.
