Wintrust Financial Corp. is seeking a Program Manager, People & Culture to drive inclusive practices and manage Business Resource Groups across the enterprise. You will help grow mentoring programs, coordinate communications, and partner with HR and senior leaders to ensure effective execution.

The role reports to the Senior VP, People & Culture, and requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders to foster a high-performance, inclusive culture company-wide.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing or developing workforce inclusion programs or initiatives.
• Experience with program management concepts or professional development programs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and manages inclusion practices, programs and initiatives.
• Oversees Business Resource Groups and mentoring/sponsorship programs.
• Partner with HR and leadership to design and deliver inclusive programs.
