Job summary

Unlimited Instruction, LLC is seeking a Resource Inclusion Middle School Teacher to serve students in special education programs through our pathway model in the Statesville, NC area.

Candidates with a bachelor’s degree can participate in our pathway program and may become eligible for a provisional Exceptional Children License for the 2026-27 school year and beyond. This role emphasizes collaboration with families and a variety of professionals to support student learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from regionally accredited institution in ANY field (eligible for pathway)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Willingness to pursue provisional Exceptional Children License

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with students, peers, admins, support staff and parents
• Assess and monitor student achievement and maintain documentation
• Design and implement instructional strategies and activities
• Manage student behaviors to create a conducive learning environment
• Coordinate instructional activities with other staff to maximize learning
• Participate in professional development and staff meetings
• Communicate instructional expectations and student progress to students and parents
• Collaborate with professionals to support schoolwide instructional activities
• Use multimedia and technology to enhance learning
• Plan lessons based on objectives for varying ability levels
• Provide development and management for IEPs, BSPs, etc.
• Other duties as assigned
