Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years leading or coordinating projects, programs or events.
• Experience advising leaders on inclusion and diversity.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise-wide I&D programs, events and trainings.
• Lead BRG operations including volunteer management and reporting.
• Develop and communicate I&D content and resources.
• Advise leaders and HR on I&D initiatives and resources.
• Evaluate program results and adjust strategies for impact.
• Mentor team members and lead major project components.
