Job summary

ONEOK, Inc. in Tulsa, OK seeks an Inclusion and Diversity Consultant to lead enterprise-wide I&D programs and events. You will partner with leaders, BRGs and the EID Council to develop engaging training, communications and resources that strengthen culture and drive business success.

You will measure outcomes, support volunteers, and advise on inclusive practices across locations, balancing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years leading or coordinating programs, events, or BRG initiatives with stakeholders.
• Experience advising leaders on inclusion and diversity and building cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver enterprise-wide I&D programs, events and trainings.
• Lead BRG operations, volunteer management, leadership development and reporting.
• Recruit and support internal volunteers across locations and business segments.
• Deliver training to build knowledge of I&D and ONEOK values.
• Manage EID Council meetings, agendas, logistics and follow-up.
• Create I&D communications, toolkits, and intranet/external pages.
• Consult leaders and HR partners on I&D initiatives and resources.
• Measure program results and adjust to improve impact across segments.
