Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with focus in HR/OD or related field.
• 5–7 years of leadership development experience in mid-sized to large organizations.
• Experience delivering engaging learning experiences for internal customers.
• Understanding of leadership theories and adult learning principles.
• Experience with various learning modalities (instructor-led, self-paced) and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and evaluate leadership and employee development programs (workshops, coaching, simulations).
• Collaborate with senior leaders and HR partners to align programs with goals.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and support leadership growth and performance.
• Utilize needs assessments and feedback to tailor content and improve impact.
• Manage external vendors and maintain program quality and timelines.
