Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking an entry-level Incineration Technician- Fluidized Bed in Kimball, NE. The role involves outdoor industrial labor with 4–12 hour rotating shifts (days/nights) and a wage of $26.50 per hour, paid weekly.

Mechanical aptitude and safety awareness are essential for success in this position. Responsibilities include drum/tank operations, forklift use, waste movement documentation and strict adherence to SOPs and DOT rules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift operation experience and certification preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow safety policies.
• DOT training and familiarity with waste-handling procedures.
• Proficiency in Windows-based applications and basic computer tasks.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing ladders as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Follow health and safety policies and SOPs at all times.
• Perform drum movement, tank loading/unloading and inventory tasks.
• Operate forklift and complete daily safety checks before use.
• Process waste documentation and use scanning apps for tracking.
• Maintain clean work areas and adhere to permit requirements.
• Meet or exceed production goals and participate in safety quizzes.
