Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking an Incineration Operator to direct hazardous waste into the incinerator and ensure safety is the top priority. The role emphasizes teamwork, compliance and timely data logging.

Responsibilities include loading materials, stopping equipment when needed, recording production data, and following all safety protocols. Rotating shifts including nights/weekends may be required; HS diploma or equivalent is required. Benefits include health, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work rotating schedule including nights and weekends.
• First Responder in event of an emergency may be required.
• Working in all weather conditions (heat and cold).
• Hazardous training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health & safety is always the #1 priority.
• Record production data such as weights, types, quantities, and storage locations of materials.
• Load/unload materials on conveyors using lifts, hoists, and scoops.
• Stop equipment or machinery and clear jams using appropriate tools.
• Team player and other duties as assigned.
