Job summary

Acclaim Technical Services (ATS) seeks an Incident Technician for our Network Solutions Division, based in Northern Virginia. A current TS/SCI with Polygraph is required to support our Federal contracts and deliver end-to-end incident response.

You will handle remote triage, Windows issues, AD, Office, and network connectivity while following ITIL processes. The role includes desktop IT equipment installation and documentation, with local travel between client sites and a 6:00 AM–2:30 PM shift;

Qualifications

• Experience providing technical support in a help desk or incident management role.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and telecom issues.
• Experience supporting Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2016 or later.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and TCP/IP networking.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end incident response and customer support per ITIL.
• Support installation, configuration, relocation, and documentation of IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot Windows AD, Office, browsers, and network connectivity.
• Provide clear communications and updates during outages.
