Job summary

Acclaim Technical Services is seeking an Incident Technician to support the Network Solutions Division in Northern Virginia. The role focuses on delivering end-to-end incident response, ITIL-based case handling, and hands-on support for Windows, AD, and business applications.

Required TS/SCI with Polygraph; shift 6:00 AM–2:30 PM; local travel to customer sites. Candidates should have 6+ years experience or an Associate/Bachelor degree with corresponding experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in help desk, service desk, installation or incident management.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and telecom issues.
• Experience with Windows 10 and Office 2016 or later.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, TCP/IP, and IT support tools.
• Experience installing IT endpoints (desktops, printers, VOIP phones, network switches).

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end incident response and customer support following ITIL processes.
• Support installation, configuration, relocation, and documentation of desktop IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows/AD/office/network issues and restore services.
• Provide clear communication and user assistance during outages or service restoration.
• Travel to customer sites as needed.
