At On-Site Health & Safety, our Health & Safety Incident Response Technicians, also known as Field Technicians, have the opportunity to develop diverse skill sets beyond traditional roles such as EMT, Paramedic, Medical Assistant, Phlebotomist, or LVN. Our technicians work in a mobile setting, responding in company-provided vehicles to various worksites including construction zones, warehouses, refineries, and restaurants. They can enjoy the convenience of clocking in and out from home, eliminating commutes to traditional offices. Employees are encouraged to explore different areas of interest and expand their experience across disciplines.
Since 1996, On-Site Health & Safety has operated across 20 states, starting in California. Our mission is: “We keep America working by being On-Site.” Our core services include assisting companies with health and safety compliance, providing incident reports, first aid, pulmonary function testing, drug screening, hearing tests, and blood draws when certified/licensed.

Positions are based in key geographical areas to meet service demand, allowing employees to live within a service area and respond promptly to calls.
