Sophos is seeking a senior incident response leader to manage the Critical Incident Response Team for MDR customers. You will serve as the Incident Commander for high-severity incidents, guiding staffing, prioritization, and operational quality across squads.

The role emphasizes coaching analysts, developing career paths, and driving process improvements using metrics and cross-functional partnerships in a remote-first culture.
