Sophos is seeking a Lead MDR Team Lead to guide a remote-first, globally distributed team of analysts and engineers. You will set performance expectations, mentor staff, and sustain a high-performing culture across locations and time zones.

The role emphasizes leveraging endpoint, network, cloud, and identity telemetry to continuously improve operations, incident response, and service quality in a 24x7 environment.

Formación

• 7+ years in cybersecurity operations with at least 2 years leading teams or functions.
• Strong technical understanding of endpoint, network, cloud, and identity telemetry.
• Experience using operational metrics to deliver measurable improvements.
