Job summary

Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking an Incident Response Coordinator to serve as the central point of coordination throughout the incident response process, helping ensure incidents are managed efficiently and stakeholders remain informed.

You’ll partner with cybersecurity professionals, technology leaders, legal, privacy, HR, and business stakeholders to drive communication, documentation, preparedness, and continuous improvement across our incident response program.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, IT operations or incident management.
• Experience coordinating complex cross-functional activities with strong stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of incident response principles, processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cybersecurity incidents from intake through closure with organized, timely response.
• Serve as the central communications hub during active incidents for leadership updates.
• Manage incident timelines, decisions, actions, and post-incident records for audit readiness.
• Collaborate with incident responders and technical teams to track actions and drive resolution.
• Facilitate lessons learned and continuous improvement of incident response processes and playbooks.
• Organize tabletop exercises and readiness activities to strengthen incident response capabilities.
• Track and report incident response metrics to inform leadership on program effectiveness.
