You will partner with cybersecurity, legal, privacy, HR, and business teams to drive communications, improvement of playbooks, and audit-ready records. This role supports a security program across the organization and contributes to continuous readiness and resilience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cybersecurity, information security, IT operations, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional activities with accountability.
• Knowledge of incident response principles and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cybersecurity incidents from intake through closure using established incident response procedures.
• Serve as central communication hub during active incidents, providing stakeholder updates.
• Manage incident documentation, timelines, decisions, actions, and post-incident records for audit readiness.
• Partner with responders and technical teams to track actions and drive accountability through resolution.
• Facilitate lessons learned reviews and drive continuous improvement of playbooks and processes.
• Organize tabletop exercises and readiness activities to strengthen incident response.
• Track and report incident response metrics and trends for leadership review.
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, HR, Communications, and other stakeholders to align with policies and regulatory requirements.
