Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a motivated Cyber Security Analyst to protect global clients by detecting and responding to real-time incidents. You will work in a Falcon Complete Team, handling Windows, Mac, and Linux incidents, performing malware analysis, and improving detection processes.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of related experience.
• Capable of completing technical tasks without supervision.

• Ability to communicate difficult technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Incident Handling: experience incident response for targeted threats.
• Forensic analysis: background using forensic tools to determine compromise.
• Systems administration: understanding internals to implement countermeasures.
• Network forensics: knowledge of protocols and log analysis.
• Malware analysis: static and dynamic analysis.
• Incident remediation: create tactical/strategic remediation plans.
• Network operations and architecture: secure network ops knowledge.
• Programming: C, C#, VB, Python, Perl, Ruby on Rails, and .NET.
• Japanese or Australia residency noted; strong business English may be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Handle incidents across Windows, Mac, Linux platforms.
• Perform basic malware analysis.
• Develop and improve processes for detection and countermeasures.
• Produce high-quality written and verbal communications to customers.
