Job summary

Jawonio Inc. in New City, NY seeks a Supervisor of Incident Management to lead incident investigations, regulatory reporting, and corrective actions within the Corporate Compliance/Quality Assurance framework.

Under the Chief Compliance Officer, you will coordinate incident management activities, train staff, review reports, and drive continuous improvement, ensuring adherence to OPWDD, OMH, and other standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health administration, human services, nursing or related field; master's preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in an organization serving individuals with special needs.
• Strong incident management experience in OPWDD-regulated settings.
• Proficiency in incident reporting, investigation, and corrective action processes.
• Knowledge of program standards and regulations; compliance proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of Incident Management under the oversight of the Compliance Officer.
• Lead investigations across divisions and supervise Investigators.
• Prepare Incident Review Committee materials; ensure regulatory requirements are met.
• Develop, review and improve internal controls and monitoring systems.
• Provide training and support to program staff on quality needs.
• Chairs CAP and co-Chairs Policy & Procedure Committee.
