Job summary

Surefox North America Inc is seeking an experienced Incident Commander Supervisor to join our Bay Area team. You will act as liaison between Surefox and Clients, supervising security officers and ensuring compliance with policies and laws to protect people and property.

The role requires strong observational skills, reliability, and the ability to respond to emergencies, coordinate scheduling, and manage incidents. This temporary role runs from 9/20/26 to 10/1/26 with 24/7 coverage.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• 18 years or older per state requirements.
• Able to pass extensive background check and drug screening.
• California labor law rest and meal breaks knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the security team, conduct briefings and debriefings.
• Coordinate with supervisors to ensure information flow and policy compliance.
• Oversee scheduling, timekeeping, leave requests and resources.
• Respond to emergencies, investigate incidents, and document events.
• Perform front desk duties and maintain a welcoming environment.
• De-escalate situations and work with multiple stakeholders.
