Job summary

Surefox North America Inc. is seeking an experienced Incident Commander Supervisor to join our Bay Area team, providing professional security guarding services to protect clients and property.

The role acts as liaison between Surefox and Clients, handling emergencies, incidents, and client requests with integrity and professionalism. Responsibilities include leading security officers, coordinating with supervisors, and ensuring policy compliance, timekeeping, and resource availability.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for employment within the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old per state licensing requirements.
• Must pass an extensive background check and drug screening.
• Must live within driving distance or be willing to relocate.
• Must have a current BSIS guard card or be eligible to qualify for a guard card.
• Must have a high school degree or equivalent.
• Must have a CPR & First Aid certification or be eligible to qualify for a certification.
• Demonstrated competence in reacting to and handling emergencies.
• Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage security officers through briefings and scheduling.
• Coordinate with other supervisors to ensure information flow between teams.
• Disseminate information pertinent to Surefox or Client operations.
• Oversee timekeeping, leave requests, and policy compliance.
• Manage timekeeping systems and ensure access to resources.
• Conduct daily inspections of security equipment and ensure proper checkout.
• Coordinate deployment changes to optimize coverage.
• Document and elevate security posture changes as directed.
• Ensure compliance with client and Surefox policies.
• Enforce rest and meal breaks in accordance with California labor laws.
• Address cross-departmental concerns and escalate as needed.
