Job summary

Surefox North America Inc. is seeking an experienced Incident Commander Supervisor for the Bay Area.

This role acts as a liaison between Surefox and its Clients, providing professional security guarding services and emergency response while guiding the team under the Area Manager. The incumbent will lead daily operations, ensure policy compliance, oversee scheduling, conduct inspections, and respond to emergencies.

Qualifications

• Eligible for employment in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older per state guidelines.
• Must pass extensive background check and drug screening.
• Must live within driving distance or be willing to relocate.
• Must have BSIS guard card or be eligible to qualify for one.
• CPR & First Aid certification or eligible to qualify.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage security team and conduct briefings/debriefings.
• Coordinate with other supervisors to ensure consistent information flow.
• Oversee scheduling, performance management, and policy compliance.
• Manage timekeeping and leave requests using Timekeeping systems.
• Conduct daily inspections of equipment and ensure post orders are followed.
• Respond to emergencies, investigate incidents, and document security events.
