Job summary

Surefox North America Inc is seeking an experienced Incident Commander to join our Bay Area team. You will act as a liaison between Surefox and clients, lead emergency responses, and ensure compliance with client policies and state regulations.

The role requires a high level of integrity, observational skills, and the ability to handle physical duties on patrol. A BSIS guard card and a valid background check are essential, with a relocation or local residency within driving distance preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to observe and assess situations quickly and accurately.
• Must be able to pass extensive background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patrols, monitor access, deter unauthorized entry, and enforce security measures.
• Collaborate with Security Operations Center by responding to calls for service and reporting suspicious activity.
• Respond to emergencies, contact first responders, and take initial action to control and secure scenes.
• Investigate and report accidents, incidents, or other suspicious activity.
• Verify identifications and control access using badges or credentials.
• Document security events in Daily Activity or Incident Reports.
• Greet visitors, provide directions, verify access, create a positive first impression.
• Support workplace and facilities teams and foster collaboration across staff and clients.
• De-escalate situations with courtesy and professionalism.
• Work independently and adapt to varying paces while staying focused.
