Job summary

Surefox Utah, Inc is seeking an experienced Incident Commander to act as a liaison between Surefox and its clients, providing emergency response and ensuring compliance with client policies and state and federal regulations. The role emphasizes integrity, professionalism, and a vigilant approach to incidents and security operations.

The position entails responding to emergencies, writing incident reports, and coordinating with shift supervisors and area managers to deliver effective security

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for employment within the United States
• Must be at least 18 years old per state guidelines
• Must pass extensive background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with clients, facilitate collaboration across departments
• Track and report program performance and compliance within guidelines
• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot and monitor access
• Observe unusual activity and respond to emergencies on-site
• Contact police or fire department when there is an emergency
• Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor entrances/exits
• Observe departing personnel to protect company property
• Prepare reports on accidents, incidents and suspicious activities
• Provide assistance to employees and create a safe environment for visitors and clients
• Attend project meetings to assess security implications of proposed changes
• Work independently and adapt to various work-paces while maintaining attentiveness and energy
