Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass extensive background check and drug screening.
• Must live within driving distance or be willing to relocate.
• Must hold a current St. Louis security license or be eligible to qualify.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to react to emergencies.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must pass the SPAT prior to start date.
• SPAT is a timed sequence of events requiring progression along a path.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with clients and influence across departments.
• Track and report program performance assurance and compliance.
• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot and monitor access.
• Respond to emergencies on-site and coordinate with authorities.
• Permit authorized entry and observe exits to protect property.
• Prepare reports on accidents, incidents and suspicious activities.
• Provide assistance to employees and create a safe environment for visitors.
• Attend project meetings to assess security implications of proposed changes.
• Work independently and maintain high attentiveness and energy.
