Job summary

Surefox Utah, Inc is seeking an experienced Incident Commander to act as a liaison between Surefox and its clients, providing on-site emergency response and incident management. You will perform duties in line with client policies and state & federal regulations, handling emergencies, reporting, and coordinating with supervisors to maintain safety and security on client sites.

Qualifications

Must be eligible for employment within the United States.
Must be a minimum of 18 years old per state licensing guidelines.
Background check and drug screening required.
Must live within driving distance or be willing to relocate.
Must have a Utah DOPL-approved unarmed guard license (guard card) or be eligible to qualify for such.
Must have a high school degree or equivalent.
Demonstrated competence in reacting to and handling emergencies.
Strong communication with diverse groups.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Develop relationships with clients and facilitate collaboration across departments.
Track and report program performance and compliance.
Perform security patrols and monitor access.
Respond to emergencies on-site and coordinate with police or fire departments as needed.
Prepare incident reports and assist employees and visitors with safety.
Attend project meetings to assess security implications of changes.
Work independently while maintaining high attentiveness and energy.
