The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, comfortable handling large datasets in a fast-paced environment, and focused on process improvement, data accuracy, and enabling key business initiatives

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in an analytical role.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Analytics, Business, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Experience working with large volumes of data.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and maintenance of incentive compensation programs.
• Calculate, validate, and reconcile compensation-related data.
• Prepare recurring reports and analyses for management and business partners.
• Analyze large datasets to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
• Partner with Payroll, Finance, and operational teams to support monthly reporting cycles.
• Assist with compensation adjustments, corrections, and exception processing.
• Support month-end close activities and related financial reporting processes.
• Research and resolve compensation-related questions and discrepancies.
• Maintain documentation of processes, procedures, and business rules.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives and system enhancements.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based reporting and analytical tools.
• Support special projects and ad hoc analysis as needed.
