Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (BOTP).
• RT or LMRT/LSO license in state of residency required.
• AAMA certification preferred.
• BLS certification to be obtained within 30 days of start.

Aufgaben

• Take vital signs, collect lab specimens, perform EKGs and administer IM injections.
• Perform x-ray/imaging services per provider orders and update patient charts.
• Collect patient history and document in the EHR.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and chart audits.
• Maintain records for radiology, in-house labs, drug screens and external labs.
• Inform patients and visitors about clinic progress.
