Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 & 66 licenses; if only 63/65, must obtain missing within 60 days.
• At least 1 year in investments with in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
• At least 1 year in financial services or sales achieving goals.
• Sets and achieves goals; builds strong client relationships.
• Communicates effectively with clients; manages time efficiently.
• Incorporates regulatory due diligence into daily activities and long-term planning.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short- and long-term financial goals with brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and refers to internal service providers based on thresholds.
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify potential new clients through referrals or existing clientele.
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners.
